This Spring, commit to a 10-week yoga journey designed to spark renewal, build confidence, and connect you to the rhythm of the season. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to strengthen, open, and balance the body and mind, while progressively working toward a peak posture that embodies clarity, steadiness, and expansion.

Guided by Angelique de Gruchy, third-generation yoga teacher, Yoga Australia Registered Teacher, and well-known Sunshine Coast instructor with over a decade of experience at leading studios.
