Think of it as a micro retreat from home - a space to unplug from work, parenting, relationships, responsibility… all of it and drop into deep rest you usually only feel after a massage or a yoga class.

You don’t have to drive anywhere or “re-enter” the world straight away. You’re already home, which means the shift can land - and integrate - at a deeper level.
Each session is completely unique and personalised. We’ll work with what your nervous system needs on the day.
