We’ve got you! Our safe and supportive One on One Beginner Sessions will help you to feel more inspired and confident to step onto the yoga mat and finally practice Yoga Your Way!
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS - INTERMEDIATE
You’re already practicing yoga online or at a local studio and have a feeling that with a little extra one on one support and attention you could get a whole lot more out of your practice.
Maybe you’d like to be adjusted in your postures or learn how to use the yoga props, or focus on strengthening or stretching a particular area of your body.
We’ve got you! Our One on One Intermediate Sessions will tailor simple alignment tips and tricks to your body to revolutionize your yoga practice. Because let’s face it, the little things matter!
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS - ADVANCED
A dedicated yogi who feels called to delve deeper into their personal practice. This could be in terms of postures, breath work, meditation or taking yoga "off the mat”.
You could be a recent yoga teacher training graduate who still doesn’t have a personal practice or a yogi mamma who can’t get to studio classes at the moment or maybe your a busy entrepreneur who needs to switch off and recharge.
We’ve got you! Let’s design an everyday health and wellness ritual so that you can plug into your true source of power to rejuvenate your body, re-energize your heart and reorganize your mind.

A complete practice incorporating yoga postures (asana), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and chanting. Natural heat is built in the body using a combination of dynamic and static yoga postures. A strong focus is placed upon breath and mindfulness. This practice is suitable for all levels.

Yoga nidra is often referred to as “yogic sleep” and is a relaxation practice that encourages total physical, mental and emotional relaxation in the body. The practice invites you to rest in a state somewhere between sleep and consciousness, which is conducive to deep emotional and physical healing. Yoga nidra doesn’t involve any yoga poses or movement, you simply lay on your yoga mat and can use props such as pillows, bolsters or blankets to make sure you are comfortable. You will be guided by the teachers voice that will help you transition into a relaxed state that leaves you feeling thoroughly rested afterwards. Yoga nidra has shown to improve sleep quality, lower stress, anxiety and depression as well as improve mood, quality of life and general well-being.
